First day in Bear River High School

Today was my first school day and it was great. 
I went to school with Bethany. She lives across the street from us and I see her when we go to church. The day before school she came and asked me if I want to drive with her.
My first class was peer tutor and we are only three students. The disabled children have looked around the school with one teacher and the other teacher spoke with us. She told us that we go three days in the week to the swimming pool and that we should go with them in the water and that make much fun. 
Between the classes you have always five minutes. That is not much. During this time you have to go to your locker (which is my first problem, because I still can't open it) and the next class room. When you must to go to the bathroom to, you have to hurry. 
As I went the wrong way and stand a little bit confused in the school hall there come a student and hesaid: " Can I help you. You look really lost." Than he showed me the room.
Twice I had the lunch break because I did not understand the lunch schedule (but it wasn't only me). 
It was a cool first day and I have met lots of new people with nice names I don't remember.

EF Foundation Orientation

Here we are at the Orientation Meeting/BBQ. They told us to be happy, and talk often with our host faimlies.  And they tolf us if we are NOT good they will send us home.

Antelope Island

We went to Antelope Island in Clearfield which is by the Capital of Utah (Salt Lake City).  We saw lots of different animals (buffalo, antelope, coyote), and a beautiful area, although very HOT, and VERY dry.

This spider was very BIG, but had very pretty makings on it. They were all through the bushes.

And now I have horns.

I have a new truck to drive, and in December when I turn 16, maybe I will drive it.  (if only it would start)

Bear River High School

Today Mickie and I was in school to register for classes and enroll in Bear River High.
It wasn't so easy and took a lot of time. But at the ende all very thing worked out!
So in the first term I have two really interessting classes, which I could never take in Germany:
Peer Tutor (helping disabled children who need assistance in life skills) and
Child Development (learning how to care for children, and I even get to carry a computerized baby around for f an entire week to see if I can keep it alive)(pictures will surely be posted of me and my baby) :D.
Oh and the best news of all-  they placed me in the 11th grade instead of the 10th grade.  hehe
